All sorted. Removed again cleaned them up greased them back in and took It for a run. The gap must have been a bit to big

How much bud and where you based?

Had my rear abs sensors out. I'm about to check the gaps and all that but does anyone know if You need a diag machine to reset the code, or if it just resets when everything is. Correct and you take it does drive?

^ cheers for the above luckily I marked them up with tipex. It's actually because the parts guy has given me the wrong bushes and they are 1mm bigger so obviously won't go in

Does anyone know if the puma rear axle bushes Re the same as fiestas? The ones I've got seriously don't want to go In. I've got the tool but they still seem to pull over to One side instead of going in. Thanks

has anyone fitted a roof rack to their puma? even better if you know a bike carrier that fits well to the puma

Have you just filled up by any chance? ^ I'm thinking breather as well to be honest, also worth checking that the fuel filter is on the correct way round (also quite new) as it fits both ways and fitting it backwards would cause a pressure build up due the the shape of the filter element inside...

Sorted. Slightly sticking throttle cable.

forget what I said above as ive just read many people have cleaned the throttle body with no problems so it cant really be that. any ideas would be appreciated.

yesterday I switched to a mondeo 2.0 throttle body and the car was idling extremely high so I got another standard 1.7 puma throttle body this has made no difference. I cleaned the throttle body with brake cleaner as it was absolutely covered in crap (ebay special) I no it says don't do it but...

has anyone fitted ka seats? do they fit well and are the pretensioners a straight swap?

There's an engine assembly bung behind the cam cover that works it's way loose and leaks oil just as your describing, I had it myself and I just removed it and put some decent oil resistant silicone sealer on its threads and tightened it back up

Have you revved the tits out of it with someone watching to see if it smokes then? How long as it been doing this for?

^ never actually read the first part of what you said :p if you scan the vehicle if it doesn't register a problem then it's probably fine After all if it ain't broke, don't fix it
