Inside the thermostat housing 🤣 Left hand side of engine, just below alternator to the right. You will see a black plastic housing with 2 pipes connected to it, the stat is inside this housing.

For a straight swap use the the fiesta st setup, don't waste time or money on anything else!

Bit of an update, Coil pack had no switched ground/negative present at the connector, Cam sensor tested OK, So I went about swapping out the ecu as the ground/negative supplies for the coil pack are directly fed from ecu. Spare ecu fitted, then realised I don't have a matching fob. So...

I have a LUK clutch in my fiesta with puma engine and has been spot on. It doesn't get driven very sympathetically and has been used on track a few times. I also had a LUK clutch in my mk2 focus, but the pressure plate failed after 5 years and 30k of normal use.

Some people lift the seat and cut a hole in the floor to gain access, I think that's a bit of a bodge and could also cause more problems.

Hi Yes I would say fuel pump needs replacing. You will need to get underneath the car and take the fuel tank off to swap the pump. It's only 4 bolts, but disconnecting the fuel filler pipes and fuel lines are a bit fiddly.

Can you rent a garage or covered parking space locally? These cars need to be kept in the dry otherwise they will deteriorate quite quickly.

Can't comment on suspension parts but, the febi bilstein stuff I've used has been decent, the quinton hazell stuff I've tried has been shit.

I think I've seen someone on here use a ring spanner with a slot cut out of it with success. I assume you've tried heating the sensor up before attempting to remove it?
