found it, thank you. I can open the boot if i turn the white part, but the metal bit that goes into this from the keyhole doesnt move when i turn the key... i can see very slight movement, but not enough... are these easy to remove and replace? (tried WD40 in the keyhole and on this thing)

Sorry for the poor title. The little knob thing that you hang the string on in the boot that keeps the back felt panel thing in place (and lifts the panel thing when the boot opens)... whats it called? one has fallen off and i want to replace it but havent a clue what to look up lol
