Great progress on the car and enjoyable thread to read. Just got myself a puma already fairly track focused but some ideas have come from your car ;-) Got first track day of next year at brands (also my local circuit) early March so can't wait but looking to visit several tracks next year

Ok so I discovered I have a tape ecu so wondering if it'll be worth getting the frp map loaded on? I'm guessing so with the current mods but what do you reckon the faint might be? Current mods are frp cams Frp 4-2-1 manifold Miltek frp center section with de-cat and back box Modified airborne...

What discs and pads are people running in a 300mm setup for fast road / track use???

How much work is involved with fitting the 2ltr? I assume not a straight swap? Would it not make the front end to heavy?

Many on here with the lms throttle bodies fitted? What other mods you running the with and how do you findthem? Are they worth the expense?

As per title thought I'd sign up and have a mosey around as been wanting something cheap to strip for track days for a while now. Top of my list has been a mk5 zetec s but most prob with a 1.7 lump so thought if check out the feasibility of just going for a puma and cut out the engine conversion...
