I think the door cards were taken off before I bought the car and some careless person has lost them. Frustrating!

I have bought my FRP and the plastic caps off the door cards have been removed. Does anyone have any spares I could buy or know where I can get some? I found some on eBay but they never arrived.

Hello, I have not had my FRP long so still getting to know her. I cannot seem to find an engine management light? Where on the dash should this be and would anyone be able to show me a picture? Thanks in advance
