Still checking oil should be one of first things you check when buying a new car / driving a car you've never used before?? I check my oil almost every day, it's a 1 minute job and it could save you £££££'s!! I can't think of a good reason to not check the oil & water at least once a week.

Quite possibly a few leafs in the system... mine makes the exact same noise.. If I can be bothered one day i'll clean it all out, but really can't bothered at this time of the year! :p

Just literally popped round to Halfords after reading this picked up a pair of Extreme Brilliance bulbs for BOGOF, they do seem so much better!!

One of my currently alloys has got a big ding on it. So I am currently looking into getting new alloys. All of the alloys are looking a bit grubby so looking into a whole new set. Now I'm going to pay for £125 (ex VAT) for the standard alloys - rip off! So my question is what is the correct...

Does the car run okay without the cap on for more than a few minutes? Try going for a little run until it reaches normal operating temp (obviously not ragging it / turning harshly - just incase).
