You may find it quicker and cheaper to get a new unit from ebay. When I bought my puma it had a hole in the cover like someone had hit it with a golf ball. I managed to pick up a replacement for £8.00 on there. Obviously most of them are auctions so it does take a bit of patience to watch them...

Very good guide indeed - thanks Steve! Accomplished this today! What I'd add to it is, if the 4mm Allen bolt has a rounded head then a T27 Torx bit can be tapped into it and used to undo the bolt. Oh, and that the gasket sealant bit is a messy job haha :wink:

Funnily enough, this happened to me today. Wanted to change the rocker gasket. As Yippie says really. The allen is 4mm, I knocked in a T27 star bit to mine and that did the job. Don't try and put it back in though - if it's just the one, it should be ok without it providing you get another one...
