Guys, both of the fixing points for the parcel shelf strings in our puma have pulled out. Where can I get new fixing points from? Is it a Ford only bit? The ones in the car now are not the ones on Ebay...

Our Puma has the high level brake light on the bootlid but its not working. I am hoping its just the bulb, but the handbook just says to take it back to Ford for bulb replacement. Can anyone tell me how you access the bulb holder, and what sort of bulb it needs?
