Hi had a few bits done to my puma,remap etc 421 manifold but i rarley take it over 4000 rpm and if i do its not much over,,someone said to me that the power doesnt really kick in until the revs hit the higher range is this true ,,,

recently had a 4 21 manifold put on ,de-cat now ,its louder and feels more responsive but not sure if its any quicker should it be ? or would it performe better with a sports cat fitted
