Hi all,
Iv been passed on some information that may appeal to some of you.
The Event-
As the title suggests its a 24hr or possably a 12hr karting race to be held at Birmingham Wheels international Karting track on 3rd of August 2013 (link below).
12-20 teams of 6-12 people competing over either 24 or 12 hours depending on general preference of entrants.

The Organiser-
Race Suits uk are a Cheltenham based race suits manufactuer. I got in touch with race suits uk to see how much a custom design karting suit would cost and here i am now telling you all about this event which they have kindly invited me to and iv also asked if i can open this invitation to project puma which they gladly agreed to (links below)
The Charity
The James Hopkins Trust work with disabled, life threatened and life limited young children between the ages of 0-5. They help to provide the neccersary nursing care and equipment to give these young children the best possible lives. They also help offer financial support to help these children get the neccersay specialist hospital treatments outside of Gloucestershire(link below)
What you can do-
If you are interested you can do one of three things:
If you send me a pm(or write a post if you want) with your name and email address and i will pass this on to race suits uk and they will get in touch with further information.
If you arent happy with sending me your email address then you can get in touch with Race suits uk direct and say you have come from Project Puma and you where told of the event by Paul Zanettacci.
Finally they have set up a facebook page which you can register your interest with. Again mention Project Puma and my name if you get questioned.
Final note-
I appreciate this charity may not be local to you but its certainly a worthy cause to help raise money for. And you get to participate in a 24hr karting race which will be with no doubt a great laugh.

oh and i dont personally know anyone from race suits uk. This invitation is purely becasue i enquired about a suit and the good nature of the people at race suist uk.
