Rear washer jet fixing/DAB antenna

Has anyone looked under the rear washer jet? Do you know what shape and size the mounting hole is?

Am thinking of adding a 'shark fin' DAB antenna to the roof, and I'm wondering if I can somehow use this feature.

(Don't quite know what I'll do with the existing washer jet, mind)

Some people have removed the rear wiper completely, but I personally wouldn't. I suppose it may be possible to fit the washer jet on the tailgate, but it would be a lot of hassle.
On my MSB Puma I have windscreen fitted DAB aerial, but on the Red Puma I have just used a splitter, I expected poorer reception, but in reality they both loose reception on the same place on a regular journey that I make.
