Dropped 2 cars so were down to 5! Parted with one of the corsa's and one of the 206's so hopefully more puma time and more puma pennys :p

this week hope to get the clocks sorted out going to try and solder new LED's onto the board to replace the smashed ABS and traction control lights new plastic parts have arrived so its just the LED's

hmmm now i dont know about you but how am i meant to believe the previous owner when he says he changed the cambelt when he couldn't even do routine maintence like a fuel filter and plugs.... so its on the must do list aswell!

Crikey! That fuel filter looks like it's the original...

... from a 1969 Escort or something!

Doesn't it just!!

I dont know what to do with it if am honest it needs to be changed but i know its going to open a can of worms!

Guess what ill be checking tomorrow! make sure you stick an update on what the outcome was with the filter!

That engine cover looks sweet! got me thinking.

Seasoned lol

We don't know how to tackle the fuel filter... We've had a couple of days break from it while doing work on a friends car

Clocks should be back tomorrow after getting some new LED's so should be able to put the dash back together and put the interior back hopefully!

You might have been lucky getting those plugs out in one piece. And I'd love to see that fossilised fuel filter opened once it's swapped out.

Nooooo. After three attempts to get the correct standard brake caliper for mine I gave up and put a full ST170 set up on instead. I think what the Cosmos are trying to tell you is "Upgraaaade..." :-D

I got the correct ones on the third attempt!!

I've already renewed the whole braking system or an upgrade would have been an option!

Also got the fuel filter off

Not gonna lie am pushed to breaking point if anything else goes wrong I'll crack :'(

New drums still waiting to go on as the hand brake cable doesn't look too clever might as well replace it!

Gonna have to visit the local breakers see if I can get fuel lines as when removing the ancient fuel filter the pats that hold the fuel filter in the line are goosed

Speedo clocks still haven't had new LEDs as I need to find the right bulbs

Anyone know what's ones i should be buying a link would be good!

Interior is still out but going to try and get something.... Anything done today!

So spent yesterday trying to bring some colour back into the paint work was going well but as the bonnet is stone chipped and there is a patch of rust on the bottom of the passenger door and the dreaded wheel arches!! So just going to have it resonated as soon as it's finished!

Hand brake cables being done just now but I can feel the dreaded ..... This isn't going to go smoothly!! Drums and rear abs and might just get some back wheels on her!

It's all part of the game my friend. You get stressed and explode, but when it's done, it feels good.

Hahaha it just feels like one step forward 2 steps back at every turn! But I'll get there!

So the handbrake cable is on but not secured as the clips to secure it need replaced ABS sensor is also on at the back but I have lost the securing screws ...... You see the pattern? Lol

Have someone coming this week to look her over with regards to a respray and having the rear arches done with new metal

Have managed to source LED's so hopefully get the clocks done for the weekend and get them in and see if my ABS is proper goosed or just had the sensors removed because they didn't want to replaced them .... I don't hold out much hope for this lol

Got a couple of days of rain ahead so probably won't get anything done but we'll give the headlights a going over in the mean time

Hopefully none of the other cars will need work and we can just crack on and get this puma finished!
