The Puma has come on even more, Rear hybrid bumper has been primed and painted along with the spoiler and fitted, The lower section of the Modified bumper is off a MK6 Fiesta so all the lights work also . High glossed black lower diffuser and fitted a nice exhaust into place.....sounds great...
2nd colour applied to the rear and spoiler dry fitted, having a few issues with our wheel spacers for the front which i am sorting so hopefully next stages we will have all 4 refurbed alloys on

Replace the orange repeaters with clear. Not happy with the wheel colour they look off white to the body so we will be repainting all 4.
Both headlamps were dull common issue so they have been prepped and re lacquered
Hi you will need to use steel sheeting if you try to use aluminium you will not be able to mig weld this as it will simply blow holes in the aluminium, also you can not weld ally to steel. hope this helps

The Puma will not be scrapped at the end of the rally ....too much work has gone into it. It will be sold at the end to raise more money for our nominated charity. Hopefully by the end of this week we should have the whole body painted
Rear bumper mock up , Top half is the original Puma bumper and the lower is off a Fiesta . These have been welded together using the Nitrogen plastic welder. The bumper will be filled using plastic filler as this will give added strength. I will add more images of the filling and preparation...
