Yep, they are pretty expensive for what they are, I tend to grab them from a scrappy, but they do come in two lengths. Either way they are a silly design!

Thanks for the idea, but really not into cutting springs, it can be pretty dangerous and upset the handling too. Some had done this to a car before I brought it. Looked good but didn't drive well. Appreciate the reply though!

I work for a Ford dealer and I can tell you we see plenty of cars with those advisories sadly. Very common for any wheel to end up with flat spots die to pot holes obliterating cars. We had a Laguna come in with the struts having gone through the bonnet!
