Housing fixed and temp as normal bit of a squeak coming from the back of engine maybe bit of oil on belt. Will get a new one but I really want to remove the air con pump anyone seen a guide on doing this. I know I will need the non aircon belt but apart from that what will it entail?

Thanks for the info just had time to have a quick look and the coolant is coming from beneath the alternator as you say DOH. Odd it only does it now and again I presume this is something to do with the thermostat opening? Gave me a right scare when I saw it rolling out of the block thought it...

Thanks Yog but I really need to see what the bolt washer setup is mine seems to loose so think i might be missing a sleeve that passes through the bearing to tighten the whole thing up. Will try the scrap yard maybe a fiesta will have the same sort of setup if they have not got a puma local
