Really pleased with myself this weekend managed to fit brand new rear shocks to my Puma on Saturday, only took me 1 1/2 hours. This was after TCH failed my Puma for a leaky rear shock on its MOT and wanted to charge me £150 to fit one! Always thought you should fit in pairs? TCH said you don't...

My Puma failed its MOT today on headlight and rear shock leaking. TC Harrison have offered to supply and fit New shock and re-test for £150. Sound reasonable? Quick look on internet and shocks are about 45 quid plus delivery, then I have to fit no guarentee i will be able to get bolts undone...

My Puma just failed its MOT :) . Offside front headlamp adjustment and leaking offside rear shock. Advisory on front discs badly scored. According to the garage they tried to adjust headlight but could not do ? TC Harrison, Huntingdon. Said it needs a new headlight unit!!! (£300 from Ford)...

Has anybody had any success with cutting out visible rust in the rear arches, filling with plastic padding/fibreglass, rust treating, priming and painting without any re-appearance of rust? Or is the only option to cut out whole rear arch and replace with new metal e.g Peugeot 206 wing?

Help! I have an annoying rattle coming from the dashboard area. I can't seem to find where it is exactly coming from. I have held switches, air vents, gear knob, dash surround, radio etc and still it rattles, any ideas?

After checking the Ford Etis website I discovered that my Puma was built in September 2001 and registered in September 2002 (52 plate), just wondered if I had one of the last built Pumas? (Still has rusty arches!)
