The heat shield that is roughly under where the dashboard is has come loose and now rattles like buggery when setting off and when in 5th gear. is it needed as i was just going to try and pull it off unless anyone has any ideas of how i can get around it! really starting to get on my nerves!

As much as i dont like the horn on my puma it can be usefull sometimes and it just seems to have stopped. I looked in the manual and it says that the horn shares a fuse with the hazard lights so i tested them and they were ok! any advice of what to look for/ possible solutions? Many thanks
