fsh, folder full of reciepts, fully stamped book, 73k, cambelt changed, in black, 3 previous owners. good points - well looked after motor. receipts for allsorts of work and part replacements. in black (best colour!) low mileage. matching set of 4 tyres (unheard of nowadays!). tax til 9/11...

cleaned up and tightened the nut, been out in it and hasnt leaked so will take it to the garage in the morning to bleed the brakes and see how it goes. it'll be for sale soon anyway

anyone know how much/cost of replacing the lines? its leaking from one of the joins under the master cylinder but not got a clue whether its front or back. only noticed it the other day, brakes were good and then the pedal was on the deck before even thinking about stopping

im looking forward to this then, love love love the 3 door, imo and imo only, it is the best car ever produced. only one other car id want more than that and no chance of that ever happening! lol

i second the sixth gear, its lame and hateful on the motorways! but, i like the close ratios for the twisties, not too shabby

i think it needs a bit more...i havent got the means to try this theory, but i reckon this platform could handle more power, maybe a turbo/sc, to about 170-190 bhp then it'd be a proper little tool for pooning around and it'd be a very good sleeper

absolutely caned the shit out of this little car of mine on some A roads, very twisty B roads, and leisurely through 2 towns, 46 miles in all, and it made me giggle everytime i went round a corner or roundabout. just wondered of anybody elses thoughts on how they handle?

looked like a prosthesis colour, all my mates took the pi$$ but it never broke down unlike their metros and nova's haha
