306 cyclone wheels on a ford puma 1.7 offset 45? 15"

So offset is 45 the wheels are 15" would these fit okay on my ford puma? read the offset is 35-45 but the standard 15" puma wheels has a smaller offset than the smaller standard wheels.
 
The standard Puma offset is ET34, and generally ET34 to ET38 doesn't affect the handling. However, ET45 might have a few rubbing issues, but with 10mm spacers would be perfect. :eek:k:

should i worry about bore size?

306 wheels are 65.1mm
 
You need the bore size to be correct. I believe the weight of the car is put on the bore, with the wheels nuts only there to hold the wheels on.
If you can get spigot rings to give the correct bore size, you should be ok.
