Is there an easier way of plugging my iPod into my original CD player than changing the player to t'other Ford one or an aftermarket?

Although we have the CD changer, I'd prefer to have all of my music on my iPod instead of mucking about with CDs but money is a bit tight at the moment...

unplug cd changer and use a connects 2 ipod adaptor

If you unplug the 6006 Cd changer I take it the cd player can't be used at all? For that reason I was planning to get the 6000 with a connects2 so ive still got the use of the single cd player. Will cost a bit more overall but no more than a half decent aftermarket stereo

doesnt say its a 6006 tho,but if its a 5000/6000 then yes it can be done

It is a 6006, it's our car Didn't actually realise it was my other half's thread though, so I was asking in general. I'd like use of both a CD player and Ipod so my plan was 6000 with Connects2 instead of the 6006.
