Or vice versa - I'd say nothing.

But, that Ford one is overpriced as I only paid the same as the gates one but looks like there's very few sellers on there at the moment. I'd keep checking unless your happy with the gates one

try your local motorfactors,they will sell them and might be cheaper than ebay as you have no delivery charges,and if you use the place your uncle uses you might get trade price aswell

The first one does not have the usual tensioner, new bolt for the VCT pulley or even appear to be for a DOHC engine. The second one looks right, but should be cheaper from a factor as previously advised.
