Changing a wishbone bush rather than the entire arm

Went over my front suspension yesterday and it all looks in good shape other than O/S top strut mount (I'm changing both) and O/S lower wishbone rear bush. It's not bad, just a little tired and I know the drill is to generally just change the wishbone complete but I'd rather keep my Ford item

What sort of job is it changing just the bush? Is it a pig? Are they pressed in/out & beyond DIY?

The rear bush is pressed it. Can be removed in the same way as the rear beam bushes but you'd probably need to take the whole wishbone off to do it.
I would then replace all the wishbone mounting bolts when it goes back together.
