Finally driven pumagirlys 1.7

Woo hoo i was given the keys to kats puma today, its a right giggle to drive, can see me using it for the odd 12 car road rally lol

surprised how well the engine pulled but the suspension is rather harsh.

I think the standard suspension is quite tough compared to a lot of boats out there!

For example when comparing my dads Ghia X mondeo to my Puma it's a lot firmer.

If you think a 1.7 is firm, try an FRP. It's bonebreaking.

Agree standard suspension is firm compared to many runabouts, but saying it is or isnt firm just depends what you're comparing it to so means nothing really.

puma is firmer than my stage rally suzuki on tarmac spec suspension!!

think a bush or 2 need replacing!

its on lift this weekend for service and bloody good check over

have to say that iv only let one other person get behind the wheel of my puma. sitting in the passenger seat it was a nerve racking five minutes. never has anyone since. as much as the girlfriend asks.

as a small 'sports coupe' youd have to expect the suspension to be harder than your average hatchback.its what helps make th car drive so sweet.

I let elvin drive my puma at jacko's after only knowing him for about 2 hours. It was only went it dissapeared round the corner i realised he is the only person other than my dad ive let drive it!
