I fitted a new tps to my frp but it is still running the same after an ecu reset, I'm pretty sure it is this what is the fault, I'm just wandering if it is possible to fit it wrong?

What are the problems you are having? Is he car runing high revs without control?

Could mean you idle control valve needs a clean or replacing.

i think looking at your other post it seems more likely to be oxygen sensor related...or possibly lack of fuel due to old fuel filter or contaminant in the tank..? is there plenty of fuel in the tank?

What are the symptoms leading you to suspect the TPS?
Those are very simple devices that dont fail as ooften as the get replaced.
Often, people replace them when they get a code that indicates the Throttle position doesnt match the airflow, but the problem is usually the airflow, not the indication.
