Looking to sell my Ford CD player as stated in previous posts but can't decide which one to buy. Advice/opinion on the following headunits would be appreciated.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260611100602&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_2295wt_935" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

the pioneer comes with sat nav, so I would sell my Garmin nuvi 215 to pay a little extra for it.

not the very best brand, but probably the youngest and most reliable imo.

Good make, and comes with an amp :-D but is 3 years old, which is a concern.

Nice Kenwood unit, with ipod USB connection - tempting.

Any comments appreciated, really can't decide which is best idea

to be honnest there all used so you are taking a big risk

if i was spending your money would deffo bid on the kenwood because its a good brand or look for an alpine head unit which are one of the best

i wouldnt bother with the ripspeed there ok my freind has one but the price its at the moment is high considering he paid less than £200 brand new in the box with reciept from halfords

if you dont win any keep looking for one which is local to your area that way any problems with it you can go back to their house

i have the ripspeed one in my car and have had it for 3 years now with no issues from it at all so i cant nock it. i went for the cheap option just for a year or so but its done me well. i would however go for something with an ipod option as ipod is the future. most competition systems now dont even take cd's its all ipod so the way forward is deffinately ipod. take that into consideration too as ill be upgrading mine soon too :)

Hey, bought the Ripspeed, installed just there. Loving the unit so far and sound quality is far better than 6000 Stereo imo

it would sound better it should have a built in pre-amp at least 50 watts per channel

does the dvd only play when stationary/when the cars not started?

those mixtape music dvd's are good you get in most record/vinyl stores
