Yup, looks like bottom two are the ones you want, forget that I said 4 & 5, it is the bottom two.

had another go at this this evening, think iv tried every single combination of the two wires across the pins and still cant get it to operate the stereo, so unless anyone has any suggestions i think il just have to assume it doesnt work with the 6000CD

Mine was 2 and 3 counting the pins from the bottom

I know a few months old but for ref if it helps anyone.

Top 2 pins work the remote. Will have to test which way around you wire though as 1 way they will all work & the opposite way on mine only the volume went down.



My fix if you cant get hold of the proper cable for whatever reason - A motherboard Fan cable!!!


After filing down 2 small grooves on the end I wired to the stalk & simply just slotted over the headunit pins... perfect fit!!
