I have to say thanks to Neil for letting me sneak the tractor on to the stand. It did seem pointless parking in the public car park when we had spare stand passes.

It was definitely the busiest I've seen the show in the 5 years I've been going, and thankfully not the hottest! I know that there was stuff I missed seeing (completely missed looking around the paddock car park where we were in 2009, which is where the electric green puma was hiding! :(), and I meant to steal Dal's camera and take some photos... and I didn't speak to half as many people as I should have done... :roll:

We had a really great time got the FF sunburnt nose affliction too!Was great to meet everyone and I'd like to say special thanks to Yvonne for selling me her ticket,making a fabulous chocolate cake and helping keep my little one entertained!Who says Pumas aren't family cars!? :lol: Also thanks to Dal for his awesome sour sweets! :grin:
 
Looks like you all had a great day and great weather. I was sat on the coach in the middle of a very wet London. Bored!! :-( I'll try and get the time off next year as it's always enjoyable.

I still probably won't have a Ford though!
 
was a good day. i did however think that the show itself was not asgood as previuos years.didnt seem to beasmuch going on and its a bit of a pain having the 0-60 strip so far away. got to speak to a lot more members than last year though sothis made theday better than lastyear.
 
I think they should call it ford focus rs fair with the amount of them there!! Plus all the sale stands that only seemed to sell focus rs parts (eg puma speed)

All in all a good day out!

Does anybody know why FMC 001 (v1 FRP) has just ford center caps and not the ford racing ones?

Oh and one more thing hahahahahaha to the silly rusty fiesta driver trying to race me in the FRP lol not worth it!

The Ford centre caps are the standard FRP ones ;-)
 
the Ford Racing centre caps were made elsewhere.. IIRC Rob's mate (Burfyboy) still has a few but the Ford logo on its own is standard :)
 
They should all have standard ford ones, but most (me included) have replaced them with ford racing ones (mine were from PB)
