Thast the reason I got in a letter written to me.

I sent them a mail askin g why it was taking so long- and they replied by snail mail explaining it had taken them by surprise who quickly it had gone around the internet forums and they were not expecting the level of intrest they recived.

I also got a second free one from them with this letter
