MEGASQUIRT!!

I'm not childish at all....

And i've just thought, someone asked me if i'd use the buttons on the passenger foot rest... imagine giving the passenger NOS control..... oh f**k!! ;p :-D

Hmm, you can have switchable maps on that ecu, might be a good use for one of those buttons. Every day you get a little closer to your goal, but what next, when its all done and built?

I mean when the whole car is done, it just leaves a big empty void, time that you used to spend twawling ebay for parts for your car, time you spent trawling the internet for info and time you used to spend under the car making things fit that arent supposed to be there!!! :?:

Well then you buy another one and go crazy on that one... But i like some of the old school cars, the escort rs turbo, the escort mk2 etc. The void would definately be filled.

Lol, once you get that car bug, theres just no turning back!! Or maybe a rear engine conversion like this!!

Oh I wouldn't want to turn back. Im not one for the drifting really, Rallying on the other hand... I do have the rally car to carry on building but i have wondering what dicipline, stage rally... or rally cross? I might even get another Puma and go the way scuba steve has and make a very clean-lined track car. The possibilities.... Even a cossie in the Puma i would really like...

track driving is the easiest to get into so to speak, the official rally events seem to require a lot of MSA log book approvements and licenses etc, apart from road rallying which just looks a bit naff tbh

track driving you can turn up to lots of events and just go

Yeah, but the way this Puma is going is that this will be the track car. I have the other Puma that is nearly ready for the next stages of the rally car build. Only issue is other comitments may alter my plans and that idea will go to the wind at the moment and I may try to build something a bit old school like an Escort RS turbo or an Escort Mk2.

UPDATE - 06.09.2012

Turbo Conversion on 'Rogue' is due mid October

I will create a seperate 'HOW TO' on the turbo conversion when it gets underway so that othe members considering can see one way of doing it and what to buy, replace, change and use to get them started and how the conversion was completed, as well as one here.
