Heater Fan ist kaput on 1,2,3 but not 4......ideas?

heater fan only works on setting 4......

checked fuses
replaced switch

resistor pack? where is the little bu@@er??

maximise the picture - you'll see the magic tree hanging off some wires. That goes into a plastic housing which is screwed into the bulkhead. That's your resistor pack. Unscrew and take it off to see it properly.
