Idle problem

I'm currently having an issue at idle, does it occasionally especially before the car warms up. When it does, it will usually stall several times until it warms up.

I cleaned ICV and throttle body. Power steering wires and switch on top of clutch pedal seem fine. MAF was replaced with a new one not so long ago. I've also noticed that sometimes the car hesitates slightly under acceleration, don't know if it's related.

I don't really have many other suggestions apart from have you checked the spark plugs and leads?

If you are getting a bad idle on cold and a bit of hesitation I would check these.

How about the throttle position sensor? It seems to me that the ICV is trying to compensate something. Also, since this is rather old car, I would check the wiring to the crankshaft postioning sensor as well as the one for the camshaft.
Can you do a diagnostics check?
