Is the brake light switch adjustable!?!

Hi All,

Had an issue at the weekend where my brake lights were staying on unless I lifted the brake pedal.

Tried to figure out how to adjust the brake light switch, but couldn't!?! Is it adjustable? Surely it is!?!

Managed to do a 'side of the road' fix with a cable tie and some gaffa tape, which is working fine for now, but would like to do a proper fix.

Any help appreciated.

I'm going to be of completely no use to you here, but, I vaguely remember that happening to me & I also had to lift the pedal after breaking each time. I did fix it but I have absolutely no recollection whatsoever of how I did it

It was more than 10 years ago so that's my excuse, sorry
