Leaf inside radiator system

When I removed the pollen filter a few weeks back, a leaf fell down the side of the filter and into the car, now whenever I turn my heating on I can hear the leaf move around for a while, is there any way to remove it?

Thing is, leafs do rot eventually, don't really like the thought of a decaying rotting leaf with bacteria and fungus all over it blowing into my face via blowers :|

LOL!!

Maybe you could take the internal vents off and put the blower on MAX to see if it will blow out!
