Lowering springs, exhaust and spacers

I am after a set of lowering springs, performance exhaust and 20mm rear spacers for my 1.7 2000 puma. -40mm or lower.

Would you consider posting it? Is the middle section the race tube type as in straight through? Also do you have any pictures?
