Mpg

What's the best mpg anyone has got from 1.7, I know that factory est is 38mpg, but has anyone got anything near 60?

Finished off my engine fuel test drive today to see if the engine is running as good as before the vibration issue.

Sorry for rubbing it in to those who have a thirsty car but I got 436 miles for 38.49 litres.....that's 51.5mpg!!! Nearly as good as my eco run I did of 51.88mpg

So...looks like the engine is running ok.....lol.

I get somewhere between 35 - 45 mpg out of the puma depending on how hard i drive her and quite happy with that compared to the C5 which does 28 mpg if I take it gentle

Not bad, but how do I put it... I average 60-70mpg if I stick to 65mph on motorway and A roads as well as 45-50mpg doing same type of roads but at 80+ mph...

over 80 i can just to say see my fuel needle drop in the puma, different story at 110 lol

errrr, yep... thats the big numbers on the outside of the speedo isn't it??
