The manifold is for sale in the spares department, it's made by a company called protech.

Oh man, im gutted for you mate, sooo much work went into that exhaust!!! Does it look like a lot of work to modify to get it in the right position??? You were so close!

Spent another 8 hours on the exhaust on Monday to get it to fit, so here are some pics of the old man welding up mk3:
Not quite how I wanted it but at least it fits, one thing is for sure, it won't sound like anything else

.... Certainly impressive that you'd tackle this on your own... but does it not seem like needless work when you could just buy a 4-2-1 that fit....?
However... the side exit route... now that would be something i'd like to see on a powerful Puma!!

Lol, there aren't any manifolds that fit off the shelf hence why I had to make one the way I did. Don't forget no one has put a puma engine in an xr2 before

looking at the pic am i right in thinking the loom come all made up and all to need to do is plug the plugs in!?

Yup you quite right, but I've got problems with the loom, like they have put the wrong plugs on for some of the bits!
Anyhow, onwards and upwards, next I will be purchasing some of these,

With an FRP inlet on its way, it's time to think about cams, which should I go for, options are: kentcams sport 'r', FRP cams (or replicas) or go all out for the piper rally cams and have we singing up to about 8.5k? Decisions decisions.
