Need Led intelligent fuse, or battery guard?

Just wondring if anyone have tried out these one?

The Battery Guard (Classic TypeI)--Car battery protector looks cool if its working

Then I can turn off the alarm noise for the (forgotten taken the light off)
Since this will cut off when the voltage is quicly going down.
