ok, so after an intro in the newbie area... I have to come clean (nothing freaky lol!!

so the Puma is a daily (eventually when its back on the road) as a second car...

My First love is the Granada (mk2) ... Im a full blown ford Junkie... leaning to the 80s
I used to (try and) race bangers. gave that up and now do what I can to collect parts to restore the g'nada and the puma!

the puma smashes it on a daily tho.. the granny too thirsty and is like on an endangered register lmao! so only comes out now and then... not mint. but prior to this year Ive not really had the money to throw at her... anyone else on here have one? 8)

I had a mkI Granny a while ago but was more of a Capri man, I've had seven of those :)
You'll find a few old ford fans on here :)

No Grenadas, but Capris 2.0S, 2.8i and 280 Brooklands, Fiestas XR2, ST and Zetec S, Ka and SportKa and two Puma 1.7's

cool ive had 11 granadas including a funeral limo mk3... and a mk1 coupe (well i owned one was too knackered to drive anywhere lol) 17 mk4/5 cortinas lol 9mk2 escorts 2 capris hundreds (actually) of mk4 escorts many mk1/2/3 fiestas lol good to know im not alone

there's a car history thread on here somewhere, you need to get your list up there if you can remember them all :)

Edit:

here it is :) http://www.projectpuma.com/viewtopic.php?f=110&t=7139&hilit=lada" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You should worry, if I can find the list to add my own it includes 1100's, Victor 101's, Standard 8, Herald etc etc etc...

I think the Puma is around number 42 on the list, possibly higher, must try to add the list for the hell of it, see what my memory is like

thanks phil.. I'll try to find it... but the list includes a skoda rapid coupe and a talbot solara automatic lol... ha ha ha !
One of the first cars I did a full respray on, was a lime green metallic Talbot Solara Auto.... ahh the memories :hide:

Shame not mine but the guy who bought it, complete with puke yellow velour interior, and matching yellow plastic textured dash.
Trying to google for a rep pic but all i could find was this similar coloured Horizon. Most Solaras probably have rusted away....

Must try to find a pic of my Fiat 126 with naked women painted on the boot lid

Or my Hunter GLS with fur interior :!:

Not potty about Granadas but i love early Escorts .Had my MK 2 for 20 years and my son has had a mk1 escort for 21 years .Its just having a major body/ interior refurb and will be back on the road within a couple of weeks.

Not potty about Granadas

but i love early Escorts
:eek:k: thats cool... my escorts were all good fun.. dont know why but found good times with the g'nada... mines a pinto powered one rather than V6 so its lots of fun!! im collecting parts for it at the moment then it will be an empathetic custom/resto of it.. no chrome big wheels but maybe lowered and all the usual guff..

i like it that not everyone likes the same things.. makes for more interesting conversations.. !

talbots.. Hillmans etc are all fantastic regardless of colour engine size or trim level... just no vauxhalls please

the best part of going from ford to Vauxhall to ford again is............your glad to be back to a ford

Well I can't disagree, out of the 62 cars I've had 27 have been Fords and only 10 Vauxhalls
