Puma Diagnosic Fault Code. Please HELP

i did the diagnostic check on my car and the 2 codes that came up where:
0115 and 9318

if anyone could tell me what these codes are it would be very much appriciated.

9318 is Battery Voltage Low - Check battery voltage to confirm

0115 is either Fuel System Too Lean or Engine coolant Temp sensor signal error

I couldn't be more specific, apologies.

i think either my MAF sensor, Lambda Sensor or Throttle Position Sensor
