Rear brake conversion from drum to disc

Can anyone help or advise on doing a rear brake conversion?

Does anyone know if anyone has ever done a step by step or video of this?

Sinisa (Wild E Coyote on here) has done a good guide. The mechanical side of it is really easy but getting the ABS to work is the hard bit.
