I have a quick question, nothing urgent.

In the near future I will be looking at replacing the slave cylinders for the back brakes.

Does anyone have a rough price as to what the parts required are and how long they would take to fit?

LoL. Discs are just for show on the rear with they way the Pumas are setup.

Not a viable option for me as a replacement lol.

Good suggestion though :|

I say it just to wind Dal up now. Still something id like to do, but like you say, negligble difference to braking power, just look the dogs bollocks imho.

Agreed. It's all well and good if you have large gaps in the wheels, but with the props you could barely see them either lol.

I had my rear cylinders and shoes fitted at pumaspeed last june. The bill is infront of me:

Rear Brake cylinders = £6.99 ea = £13.98 +vat
Rear Shoe Kit = £23.44 +vat

And about an hours labour (had other things done at the same time so not exact labour cost.)

I assume this is what i'm looking for although referred to as 'Wheel Cylinders'?

I wonder what price Ford charge.
