removing the back window wiper

would like to remove my back window wiper as i'm re-spraying my puma and plan on filling in the hole the wiper comes out of... how can i go about diconnecting the wire as the wiper is electrical/ would it cause any other electrical problems?

Wouldnt cause any problems at all, just unplug it. you will need to remove the trim from the boot lid and have to undo 4x 8mm bolts and a 13mm bolt holding the wiper arm to the motor.

great cheers, ye well i was needing to remove it to re-spray the puma anyway but just got the idea to just remove it completly
