spotlights and upgrading bulbs....again

ok want to fit some spotlights right in the bottom corner of the bumper,and upgrade to 80watt dipped bulbs,ok they might be illegal but do you think i would get stopped every 5 min compared to 100watt that my mate has in a passat? (no trouble with them in 4 years) as for the spots they would be only used in adverse weather ie fog snow rain and no streetlight conditions.

glad someone else has wondered this as i would also like some spots on my puma to add to the two candles i have for head lights lol just unsure how to go about it

If you want to see where you are going get yourself some Halfords Extreme Brilliance bulbs (90% brighter than a standard bulb)

Spots are easily fitted behind lower grill as per mine but be aware that in theory these are illegal as mounted to low but unless local bobbies are on the ball present no problem and make a hell of a difference.

Mine come on with main beam so dropping to dip can be scary at times but so long as you are aware it is ok
