For normal driving i'd say 2.3 bar would be fine. For autobahn cruising I always put them on 2.5 bar. I dunno how much psi that would be, we use the normal international unit system over here
And the oil must be according to specification, have a good look on the back of the bottle. I think it's either Ford M2C-913-B or M2C-913-A.

Thanks. I see it is 29/28psi or normal load. Couldn't find that when I search previously. 2.3/2.5 bar is around 33/36psi.
I do like the slightly optimistic reference to loads of "more than 3 persons".
For the oil my problem is the the reading is difficult - instead of a horizontal line between min/max I get a diagonal line. The car is at rest on level ground. I thought a dip stick was pretty much poka yoke as the Japanese say... apparently not :?
