Yellow millie - how much?

Hey Guys

Been here for a while now, from essex area.

Bought a millie a while back and was going to make it a project/weekend fun ride. However, due to work/family commitment (Plus no space on the driveway) i'll have to drop the ball and let it go ....

The best way to let it go would be selling it as it is but i am unsure on how much it worth? (Few hundred £?)

120000 miles on the clock
Usual rust on arches
Mot just expired
Full Service history (Book loads!)
Cam belt changed at 78000 ish
new sparks plugs
new battery
need brake sensors
Could do with a new rocket cover gasket (Small oil leak - not mot fail)
Cloth interior - previous owner replaced it with cloth normal cloth seats
Lowered on Eibach Springs (covered less then 9000 miles)

Thoughts guys?

It's a shame the interior has been plundered already ( that's the main attraction to millenniums I think ).
I may be interested if the price is right.
