Since I bought the Puma I've been embarrased by my pathetic horn Fnarr! Fnarr!

My wife laughed at my pathetic horn Chortle Chortle

I have been afraid to let my friends see my pathetic horn K-Woo! K-Woo!

So I took this off my motorbike http://www.nippynormans.com/products/horns-exclusive/item/magnum-msx-horn-black-136db-with-spade-connectors-stb-mag" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
136db - and as you can see it's virtually the same size as the original

it's a twin spade setup though so out with the crimp set

Off with the old, on with the new - bolts on in place of the old one - and Hey Presto! I now have a Horn that I can be proud of!
No longer will my wife laugh at my pathetic horn!
I'll be happy to show off my new Horn to all my friends and family!

Cheers

Nick

I just picked up these:

I don't suppose that was the same ones you got yippeekiay? I was looking forward to no longer being mortified by the sound of my horn.
My fiancé was driving in the countryside a few weeks ago, and the road was filled with birds eating spilled grain, she leaned hard on the horn... and they didn't budge!

I fitted a Stebel NAUTILUS COMPACT SERIES

My first thoughts were when I first heard mine was.
Despite Marlon Brando having a mouthful of cotton wool when he played the Don in the Godfather movies, he could shout louder than my horn!!!

You need to get one of these :grin: :grin: :grin:

I also noticed the horn on mine was a bit flimsy - I use it by mistake a lot as I'm still getting used to the slippery seats and often slide about when I'm leaning in through the drivers side and have to save myself and my elbow always bashed into the horn!

I've replaced mine with the ebay item I referred to above;
