Starting to polish:

Put some tape over the bonnet and polished either side with different combinations of polish / pad to see which level of cut I needed then removed the tape. Quite a difference!

What a transformation! What would you charge for something like that if it's not being nosey :)

I thought that was rust on the arch in the first picture

but on reflection is it errr a reflection of the Satsuma?

Allow me to be the first to chip in with the always-hilarious, "Great job! You can do mine next." - there, glad we got that out of the way. there's always one, every time...

I'm not a professional, just an enthusiast so I don't charge. I promised my MD I'd do it as it bloody needed it!

I hope that people see the results us amateurs can achieve (your detailing sessions take some beating for thoroughness :) ) and take the plunge to have a go themselves.

So do I, he hasn't seen it yet!

I added in the Auto Finesse Revive to the list; we forgot that one last night.

Had to upload a video of the lovely roof mechanism:

Wow that looks so much better - great work guys

Do you want part time valeting jobs by any chance?

Excellent! You can't beat the 'look at me!' Factor of a power roof! Does it have to work off the switch in the car or can it be opened off the key fob too?
