biggest brakes you'll get under 14s are 260mm's run them on my mk5 fiesta 1.7 ghia...nothing special though.. Could always roll/flare your arches slightly to take a 15' wheel, then you can keep the st170 brakes, might need to shave the edge off the caliper, but they are a common upgrade on pumas...

Iv got an adjustable upper brace at the moment. not fitted as im sure i want a steel one to weld on,, just got other things i need to buy first! ..do the full braces make a noticeable difference then ? .. front upper and rear will be welded in, and lower front would be the OMP item on the...

unfortunately i have no glamorous assistants around here, im not that lucky haha but yeah had a few people explain it to me, im probably best off sticking with an OMP brace and welding it on.

to get 7000 you'll definitely need racing puma remap minimum id say... ...or you could disconnect the switch/wire in the engine bay, but you''ll have no speedo.. lol stories of it damaging your gearbox and driveshafts though if left unplugged for too long without the map.

Basically my neighbour spotted the gaps under the front top mounts on my car , explained to him about how most people have it etc... He offered to take some measurements, and if its beneficial... he is going to make me a 'custom' upper brace that takes up the gap between the turret and top...

ill be running Et2 wheels ( 16'' xxr 533 ) and iv had to cut the outer lips off my front arches all round for clearance.. havent started on the rear yet because its quite high on standard suspension will work, but expect some arch cutting ! lol

must admit, i got my engine running in my fiesta yesterday and i took it up the road, only managed 20mph max, but it feels a Lot faster than the 1.6 did ! im happy with it :) cant wait to get it out on the road for the first time :)

thats what i would have done if i cut them off.... i wouldnt have just left the bare wires hanging there Ill just tuck it somewhere or cable tie it to something if i dont need a certain plug./ac i have a white plug under/on thermo housing, nothing to plug into it another white plug behind...
