Its the hook for the boot thats snapped. Fixable if you can get another one. Shelf is actually grey aswell, apolgies i thought was black.

Im sure this has been asked before so apologies, but what is the wiring under the drivers & passenger seats for. Big yellow block with blue & brown wire one side going into multi colour the other. I popped off the 2 plastic covers next to the seats ready to change the seats & found them.
