Thanks but I'm going to make some home brew poly mounts. I'll have a look through you're thread. The Leon was pretty fast and handled well with ARBs, coil overs and Quaife diff. Just always had problem after problem. This is how it ended up!

Cheers for the comments on the poly bushes. I'll have a think on it but may go for the VT mount. I'm just toy with the idea of winter tyres as well...

Hi I'm interested in the spear wheel, lowering springs and the poly bushed torque link. How much would postage be?

Is the toque link better or would you recomend the standard one?

Just ordered a eBay 4 branch stainless manifold and have some engine mounts on the way to modify. What dose every one use for the engine torque link? I've seen VT do one but you can also buy bushes to re bush the ford one.

How wide are yours? Not sure whether to go 195 or 205 wide with the tyres?

I hear you on the pot holes, shame they never get repaired. BBS went through a period of poor build quality and nearly went bust in 2006/07.

Funny mine fell off Monday morning. It was on the black square but I moved it higher up so it obscured less of the windscreen. The angle of the view through the mirror is not as good now but I don't have to duck under it as often either.

Ronal made the standard wheels for the MK1 Seat Leon Cupra R. They're light and strong.

Value for money yes durable no. The 1.2's I had where bearly painted in patches but they are very light. What about speedline?

What are the differances between the 1.7 and FRP inlet manifolds? Is it just plenum that's larger or are there any other differances?
